The purpose of this internal directive / qmp is to define the process of handle the correct use of email and its security.

Objectives of the directive :

• everbody understand the use of email as a internal and external communiction process
• everbody understand the need of secure communication
• everbody understand how its expected to handle emails
• define the proccess of setup new employees
• define the proccess of release employees
• creation and handle of employees (Open)PGP keys
• define escrow key handling
